This old building is located near the sports ground of Silchar polytechnic institute. Assam University wast 1st setup here but due to shortage of land later shifted to Irongmara. After that Silpo used the old campus few days then building damaged with time, now no one use this old building, it is just like a bhoot mahal. But view from this place is awesome. Sun city and JJ hospital is very near and can be seen from this place easily. Gov can destroy this building to build new infrastructure here.
