I went for my Visa medicals here and it was quite smooth.. Can understand the low rating as the other departments area is quite cramped thus making it a bit difficult to stand or sit with maintaining the Social distancing norms. Rest it was great

The staffs behaviour was too good . It's feel like a family. They very carefully do their job and it was so perfect. I have done my father's cs spine MRI total cost was 4500/- rupees. 1st you have to go the receptionist she take all the relevant information about patient and tell what to do?

I had my TB test appointment here for a UK visa. Even though my appointment was at 4:30, I was made to sit for an hour before the actual testing procedure could begin. They take you to a different section for visa medical tests. The staff is decent but you might want to keep 3-4 hours free on top of your appointment time as there can be many others who have come for the same purpose. They need to process and examine many reports in a single time slot. Hence, keep 3-4 hours free on top of your actual appointment timing. I received my report on the same day. Overall, the service is good.

Test they done in time..but always they misplace the report..I am doing my 2nd time test..1st they have not done my daughter age 7 year thyroid test after taking blood and they refund and claim they will do once again with free..is my daighter blood have no value and I done my mother's blood test and eco ecg ..on staurday they misplace ecg report

It's poor pulse diagnostics center.he doesn't care ESCI PATIENTS AS WELL. My booking time it's 11:00 am and did MRI checkup 2:30 pm . I bring my patient by walk and take returns back to pulse diagnostics to ESCI by wheeler chair 💺 or it's very disappointed pulse diagnostics pvt Ltd' in sarat Bose road with regards

Great facilities. Everyone provided prompt and effective service. I arrived here early for my Visa medical appointment. You won't believe that despite my early arrival, they literally did not make me wait and immediately began the testing and formalities. Everything was well-organized and trouble-free. The staff is really organised and well-behaved. They kept everything under control and kept things clean.
Even better, they updated all of my medical results ahead of schedule. Their level of service has really amazed me.

87 yrs old kept waiting for 1.5+ hrs... Lift is so small that a patient cannot go to level 1 on wheelchair as he cannot fold his legs fully - strange!! He came for Doppler test for that reason only !! They informed us only after taking the money....
