Pathetic behavior of the Dr who was performing ultra sound scan and the person at the reception. Dr was on phone while doing the scan and in such a rush, din't bother to tell if things were fine.

Should have checked the review by fellow people which would have stopped me going to this place. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE, BETTER SEARCH FOR SOME PERSONAL DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE IN THE VICINITY.

Xrays done are of high Quality and precision.
But behavior of the doctor and his wife is just pathetic. The center does not have minimum care unit for a patient. An old apartment flat has been turned into a shabby diagnostic center. Just pathetic.
Avoid it if possible.

I was with my autistic child over there for an USG. My child was having problem and we repeatedly told them to look after the matter and let his name forwarded. But in vein.They maintained their damn serial no which was perfectly in the hands of an aunty. Damn clinic

Rude receptionist, I traveled with my 8month old pregnant wife after confirmation on phone, but after reaching there was no doctor for scan as well as receptionist is caring way too ego to even consider to talk to us. I decided not to go there ever again. Honest Review...!!

Good diagnostic centre but the staff present are both incompetent and rude.
Don't have a proper procedure for registration. Else the doctor is good and the reports are authentic.

They don't have any respect for their clients. They behaved very rude to any personality, and they have no emrgency service for any prospect. Only service for their family member first. Very bad place.

That's old appartment flat This is look like a store room rather than Lab.Pathatic condition, only huge cut money taking dr are prefer this lab ..So they have rude behaviour also.If you have connection not need to wait ither or you have to suffer.Pathetic experience please recommend other lab if you don't waste your money.

One of the worst diagnostic center in Kolkata. Strictly not recommended
