Its true that I got a good experience here because there are ample waiting space in a clean atmosphere.
It is also good that the building has a lift for all which is a bless for the orthopedic patients.
The drawbacks i found were that the authority is not concerened for the parking of the patients, for whome and who pays!
The another fact is the reception or the front desk! The patients and the family members of the patients expect more patience from the reception. A smile on their face gives relief to the patient before the doctor. Unfortunately smile is scarce here.

Horrible Behaviour of the Staff. I called up ad it was an emergency my 9 month old daughter had very high fever. The appointments were full I asked them.if they could adjust it was an emergency. The lady over the phone told me very rudely that take.her to.the hospital if it's an emergency

Staff behaviour is completely bad...they treat patients and their parents rudely.

Absolutely pathetic clinic. This is not a clinic. This is an agency to dupe poor people money. Behaviour of the staff is horrible and they carry unnecessary test to get free money. The charge for one non AC ROOM is 2600.The ambulance doesn't have oxygen mask and the driver was very arrogant. These people takes advantage of the emergency situation of people. This clinic should be shut down for duping poor people.

Doctors are very Good, but management too bad. No improve still 2years still now

Receptionist behiviour is very bad, and also their systems.
But doctor is very good.
