The best diagnosis centre in malda town, according to my opinion this is better than sonoscan. BRDC is not overcrowded, and take less time to give report than other diagnosis centre,

Behaviour of the staff concerned is not good. Few staff often misbehave with the patients & relative of patients. They gossip among each other instead of doing their duties. If one enquires about anything, they lost their temper. They are not polite. The authorities concerned should look into the matter

Too much poor management ,staff are don't know how to talk with patient.The rate of hygiene is very poor,Doctor also not available at the time of appointment.Drinking water ,Toilet & Patient waiting hall is also very bad .
I suggest to all peoples don't come there (BRDC) try another one diagnosis center.

All the unprofessional staffs( receptionists and other non-medical) are recruited in BRDC. They are very arrogant and mannerless. Sometimes they misbehave very badly with patients and their attendant.

Best diagnostic centre but I'm from balurghat . Today i have taken my brother to get an USG left leg colour Doppler. I have very bad experience there. Very bad experienced, Never go again
1. didn't get the reports on time,
2. stuffs are very bad, useless, unprofessional, oversmart, don't know how to talk,
should look on the trained staffs rather than advertisement
Because after your staffs behaviour and i didn't think anyone preferred or come to your centre for the 2nd time
