Two years ago, I had a good experience with an order for four dresses. Unfortunately, over the past two years, the quality has really gone down. After paying in full $680 USD, we received our dresses two days before a special occasion and it arrived with a hole, fabric crayon visible and the biggest problem...uneven hemming...the dress has a tail and the sides are high so even if I wanted to wear and ankle length dress, it looks silly. Multiple pieces of fabric are used for the skirt of the dress instead of a clean solid look of fabric. Loose fabric threads are visible and there was no effort to pack the dresses carefully so they wouldn't arrive wrinkled. Forget about the time difference, the owner, Keya, communicates in text abbreviations so on top of any cultural language differences there are, there is difficulty communicating with her clearly. Despite the quality concerns I have voiced, the owner only blames my measurement (which was short-my fault) and won't issue any refund for my dissatisfaction. Instead, the company will re-do the dress if I send back to India. As this does not work with our event timeline, it is not a suitable solution. I would not recommend doing business with this company unless you have extra time on your hands to chat via txt after midnight and extra time to spare sending their poor quality dresses right back to India! *** Edited to add that my daughters won't even wear the dresses as they are so rough and scratchy. Keya recommended sleeveless options for them and their arms are getting all scratched up from the sequins!

I contacted Keerthana last Wednesday evening asking to make an outfit for a party coming Thursday.. she said she will do her best and also said she can deliver it by Sunday.. Wednesday night I paid and confirmed my order. I got my dress ready on Sunday.. the outfit was just perfect and the quality of the fabric is too good.. totally recommend Keya for all your special occasions.. it was so lovely working with you Keerthana. Thank you so much for making an awesome outfit in such a short notice.
