Last year my kid's outfit was prepared very nice. But when the ownership changed their work is the worst one now.

The owners should stay in the shop when it's open. But we need to invite the owner whenever we go there.

The tailor doesn't know English/tamil. So whatever we say he stiches as he imagines.

They spoil the costly materials.

Need to spend hours for explaining our expectation every time we visit. But nothing works and the end product is loss of our money and time.
