I was a regular customer to them for nearly 1 year. I went to this pongal 2020 for stitching my two blouses. After receiving, i found alterations to be done in sleeve loose correction in one blouse. And in another one they wrongly stiched the front neck design i gave in back side neck. It was very low back neck. Highly disappointed. I said them to do some correction in blouse neck n give it to me and im not going to pay for the extra work u do. And that girl said we will have double piping mam. I said ok. Finally she charged 150rs for piping. I asked why should i want to pay? Its ur mistake. She said that's y we hv charged for one piping and we actually kept two piping... WHICH IS.....

Totally unfair. You guys are so expensive i know. But still people like me rushing to you means the quality we expect. So yes, hereafter im not going to come to your shop.Im not going to recommend this shop to anyone in my circle.

Very worst

Gave a blouse for my sister's wedding. On the date when I called they asked extra time for 2 days and after 3 days they said the wrk cannot be done as the person who works has some health issue and they asked to go with some pattern work. Really a worst experience

Very bad experience with kukoo. Waste of time and wate of money. I recommend don't stich there
