Very good service but need improvement

Very bad service. The staff members are very arrogant. Staff members, please behave properly.they don't have any manners.

Service is not so good, they don't want to take pain to deliver courier to Clint.

It's the 8th day...I hvnt recieved my courier though its lying with them n on top of it without a single attempt on their server they update tht attempt made but door locked...where the fact is 365days year round our door is never locked even for a minute...sadly dtdc headoffice callcenter also never attempts a call frm the customer to find out the facts...

Staff not cooperative at all. They don't pickup the phone at all even if you call 100 times. Arrogance is shown in their behaviour.
