It's a close facility no one is there to solve your problems.
No call center no is updated
No new adress is updated

Pickups are done by 3rd party who have no knowledge (not even envelope with them). There is a high posibility you might loose your valuable documents and never get any help from customer care.
They collected my documents and no update even after 12 hours.
If anyone from FedEx reading this comment, 'SHAME ON YOUR SERVICE'.

I called them because order was to be delivered on August 17 and they mentioned a fake note than door was closed. When I talked today they said order is pending and I have to pay Rs 10 over the phone only then it will be delivered else it will be pending for another 10-15 days. I still agreed to pay the person who would deliver but the guy on floor still kept saying to pay through Paytm or something instantly for him to initiate the delivery. Why would it happen on a prepaid order, Worst experience. They are cheats

The staffs have no experience. They denied to accept my parcel raising a issue with the destination address. When I booked from my mobile for the doorstep pick-up, they accepted it smoothly and parcel reached destination without any problem.

Worst Service ever.
Didn't expect such a poor service from an International Courier Company like FedEx.
The staff was totally incompetent and unprofessional. They didn't have packing tapes. I was forced to open my confidential parcel containing personal photographs while the courier staff outrightly rejected to assist me with the basic packing stationary like packing tapes. There is no privacy policy being followed. When asked to present the written guidelines on Courier SoPs, the staff outrightly rejected to show any such guidelines. There is no weighing machine, no Scanner, no rate charts. They accept only cash payment and no card/upi/internet banking. It is just a warehouse/godown. DHL is far more professional in this regard.

I won't suggest anyone to visit FedEx in Lucknow. Better go ahead with DHL or DTDC for International couriers.

My parcel was not delivered on time. I used to receive the msg daily that ur product will be delivered today but.... It was almost 2 weeks delay, customer care support was zero. They daily register my complaint and then sends a msg that ur ticket will be closed as ur problem is resolved. Received my product wen the occassion was over and now its not of much importance. Embarrassing experience. Unacceptable...

My parcel is in lucknow local FedEx facility for last 8 days , but FedEx people are nither calling me to receive my parcle nor they are delivering it , and when I called them at costome care service they are only lodge a complaint but the delivery not done yet. My experience with FedEx is horrible .

I was quite nervous going there because of the low ratings but I did not have a bad experience. While others are complaining about the wrong location, I did not have any problem in finding the building. Yeah it is not a shiny corporate building but the employees were super helpful.
I just hope my courier reaches on time.
