It is on the road , an easily reachable place. As well as staff is also decent

They are giving my package delivery, everytime they ask to visit to their place to take my delivery.....
Worst courier service by Bluedart in all courier service....

My shipment has been kept at hold in Maharajganj since 29th of November and everytime I receive a shipment from Bluedart it is delivered to me very late often and I have to contact multiple times through email and phone call to get my shipment delivered. I am very disappointed with the service provided from Maharajganj branch.

I think I need to change my vendor if this persists from next time. Also when I ask them why the delivery is late they tell some random reason or they tell that they don't have sufficient staff to deliver. If that is the case then please improve.

poor service. they dont even call when if the package is out for delivery and change the status on their self. Atleast they can call customer for their package update.

Your courier is worst courier service.your agent didnt deliver product but they always massage " we try to attempt but we're unable to delivered".blue dart please close your courier service.if there is negative rating i'll give negative rating.

They don't even call to notify that the pakage is out for delivery. They cancel the parcel by their own without notifying the customer...
