Very bad service office staff and delivery person behavior very bad

VERY BAD SERVICE IN MY AREA, PRODUCT NOT DELIVERING IN TIME.
BAD BEHAVIOUR OF WORKING STAFF

bakwas service there is no option for 0 or - rathing so 1 give them 1.

Worst place worst delivery ..they dont even delivery things...we have to collect it on our own

There is no any option for 0 reting, so I'm giving 1star, just faltu service

No contact, no punctuality, nothing.
It's running as if the customer is only liable to contact and run for their items.

Hire illiterate delivery person.
Send my prepaid packet without calling. When I called him he told me " address English me likha hua tha padna nahi aata."

Nice delivery service with good behaviour delivery boys. I didn't faced any problem.
