According to map, its location is showing at Dr BD hospital but it is situated near Study Well Public School & below the EKart logistics.

Very bad experience especially for delivery. Phone was neither received nor called by delivery agent and generally phone was going switch off many time in day and not responce . Although delivery charges are also added in bill.
I advise never purchage online products through Amazon for those outside from Sitapur city but Flipkart delivery service is too better.

They are humble and professional. Their service is good.

One of the worst courier service in Sitapur area. Especially the delivery boy SHUBHAM SHUKLA who have tons of attitude and always deny for doorstep delivery. Even I was ready to pay the delivery charges to Amazon.in

He said his manager/senior is supporting him in all this and no one can take action against him. WOW!!

Why customer will order online if he needs to go 3-4 KMs from his home to collect the order? He will buy from offline market instead of buying online.

I know nobody will take action against him. This corruption is actually teamwork 😑😑
