Poor service. i asked my friend to courier 1 packet from Bulandshahr to my location at Delhi. Packet reached to delhi on 3rd August 2022 and today on 5th August, I am waiting the packet to be delivered. Better use DTDC and other courier services.

This is the worst courier service I have ever tried. They take the charges by air and send the courier by road. They fool people by taking extra charges and when we ask why this happened then they give some excuses. This whole company is a fraud. After some time these people stop responding to calls also. Worst experience. Will never recommend. Be aware.

Worst service, fake promises. Don't contact them as they are very slow and your parcel will never reach on time. Use DTDC or other good services.
