The WORST courier service. They took our courier from Faridabad to Faridpur(a town in Bareilly Distt.) and it was stuck in Bareilly for more than 2 weeks, no one from the customer service was responsive and when we reached there to collect they simply said sir please don't give us courier for your town as we have problems delivering there. The best part is I have numerous couriers delivered via Amazon, Myntra and all other e-commerce websites, they never gave us these logics but this fellow didn't even cared to at least deliver to the nearest courier office to us in Bareilly itself. They never thought of returning the order to the source, atleast we could have got our things via speed post in that particular time frame.
the customer service told us that he will check why it's not being delivered to us and will come back in 2 hours, and believe me it never happened. NEVER GONNA USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!!

My consignment which contains medicine got stuck in Bareilly and the delivery address was Faridpur when I contacted them they said please collect it from Bareilly in a very careless manner they are unprofessional and not serious to their work .

Too much slow

The worst courier service. My parcel reached the destination on 25th and on 27th when we asked about when it will be delivered, the really I got was that the couriers are delivered once a week. What’s the point of opting for it if one has to wait for days to get the parcel delivered or go to their office to get it? Will never recommend and use it again.
