Excellent service✌️. I received courier in trivandrum within 3 days from the date of booking(from Kanpur).Thank you✌️

First of all, very difficult to spot inspite of directions from Google maps. I had to ask twice or thrice from local shopkeepers who finally guided me to correct location. The place is congested, so it's very difficult to park four wheelers. It would be better to take two wheeler.Also there is absence of Express delievery. Only standard delievery of couriers can be done. I would rather advice others to go to either other dtdc centre or some other courier service altogether.

Charging double for a small item too..

I think their premium is a bit overpriced for short distances but their service is on point. I'm quite satisfied with the service .The main reason I gave them a 5 star rating is because they provide us with a link to track our package which is a must for any logistics company .

Poor service for IIT kanpur

No professionalism , don't know how they carrying business on the name of DTDC, indirectly DTDC is lossing it's business and clients....

He did not call me upfront, and also did not delivered it inside campus when I contacted him
