One of the good courier service in kasganj

I have sent a courier through dtdc and mentioned 2 contact no on the envelope. But this courier service have not called any one of the number. It just mentioned in courier tracking wrong address without going to location and calling to any one. I have tracked the package and went to the shop then I got my courier .
Also the behavior of staff is very rude and not friendly.

Not a good courier delivery provider company ,yesterday otp come on my mobile so I was waiting for my parcel til evening but delivery boy didn't call me and now I am waiting today also but there is no news of my parcel . They even didn't provide any type of contact no ,very very disappointed
