very pathetic service and they never pick the phone and the package is still in the ware house since 18th august and there is no update from either the courier agency or the agent

there is no option to reach to the customer support.

worst service kept my costly product more than a week and still not delivered.

Worst service. Product mentioned as out for delivery for three times but not delivered. Shipment is being with them for more than a week. Still not delivering.

Irresponsible persons they dnt even call ..eventhough order lay there for four days.. bad service.
