They won't respond to the customers in a polite way. Without completing the discussion on a call, they hang their phone. This irritates the customers.

They don't deliver to our location which is 2 kms from the office, we have to take the parcel from office also they won't keep the parcel for one day even if we ask them, if we are not available.

Worst service they don't deliver to home. Ask you to pickup from the office. Never lift the phone.

Worst service and very rude behavior.they always ask us to come to their ofc to pick up courier instead of dng home delivery they say we dnt have service available at ur location even though It is just 2.7kms away frm their point.

Not bad compared to others .atleast they are making calls to customer.

Courier boy always asks us to come to office for collecting courier.
