Blue Dart Express Limited

This is based on my personal experience, Bad service provided to me. My courier arrived at the blue dart before 2days but delivery guy didn't even shown up at my address. I got message back to back for couple of days but nither delivery guy arrived at my address nor he called me(while i able to get all other calls) but delivery guy just made up a reason and updated customer is out of station. He could have arrived at my address but he didn't even tried to do that. Doesn't even deserve a single star.

Very bad support team and irresponsible team. Even the delivery boys are so so irresponsible while handling the packages and doing deliveries. They don't deliver the packages at right time and updates the details in the tracking pages as per their wish without contacting the customers. So pathetic and irresponsible team. Better to avoid sending packages through Bluedart.

Very bad service, enduku ante manam order chesina itom manaki phone chesi ivvakunda! Mana itom Vere Vallaki ichi veltunnaru.Very bad support team and irresponsible team. Delivery person wont call and they mark as customer didnt pick thr call and they delay the package sometimes package wont even reach you faced issues mutiple times not only with this specific branch but with bluedart itself
Very bad service from Bluedart.

Bluedart Courier service is good but in Kamareddy the delivery agents are not even updating status or calling people for the delivery...

If you want your product, you have to go to store and collect the parcel upon checking the tracker status.

Very very bad service .if you are unable to deliver why are you offering services .

With out Calling Updated that Customer not Avileble...V-Bad Experience

Bluedart Kamareddy is worst in service, they won't deliver the packages they simply updates wrong status: " Consignee is not available " this way they are cheating customers and bluedart company aswell...
This is purely a fraudulent,since they are getting commission sitting at office idle.
