Very very worst .. they always deny to deliver to products if your place in outer area or village. Need to improve on this. Being a best courier company they should deliver best quality of service . No proper communication about delivery time.

Very poor service, it's been more than 2 days since I received the message that my parcel is out for delivery, yet I didn't receive the parcel. Tried reaching the branch office, yet no proper response, very worst service I've ever had. 😡

They won't deliver to home.i traveled fifty kms to get my passport in their office .very worst service

Supported me with pickup of my package arriving from Delhi.

Very fast and safe delivery but price little bit expensive

Worst service ...they didn't delivered the parcel
