DTDC Courier,Thiruvarur

very very worst response they are giving in thiruvarur. 24 th of april ( last month ) i booked sare from katpadi to thiruvarur. track number c88487054 parcel not received yet.
before booking booking man ( he is also dtdc worker in katpad) was checked service availability then only booked.

29 th status shown out for delivery to customer place. but courier person they taken that parcel to wrong address and said next day will deliver that parcel . but till not received parcel. even now customer asked through call his respond is very casual . this kind of irresponsible guys why you working in dtdc office.

One of the worst service I never seen staffs are such rud behaviour to customers in thiruvarur office.

We got the parcel from chennai and and thiruvarur office no one intimated to us and return back my parcel to chennai.

When I called the officials they are give the details properly also they didn't come to home address and not even called me.

Please do not send any parcel to thiruvarur DTDC office.

They given other's parcel.. worst customer service

He did not deliver courier to address, he ask to customer to come office and collect. Why do you run this service, phone calls also reply rudely, Totally waste kindly close your courier licence and take rest in home,

very poor service in thiruvarur coz he didn't delivery In door step they're just call to give message come and collect but gingee branch was superb they come to home collect the parcel

Very worst. They are not delivering in to our doorstep. We need to go and collect.

Otherwise they will simply return to origin.

Please don't use this courier service otherwise you'll suffer a lot.

Worst service, they will not able to give a courier. customers come and collect the courier at the office what kind of courier is this, the response of staffs very poor. and the manager also gave an irresponsible answer..

They don't like to deliver by costumer home and only costumer need to take office . So please don't book any items to this branch
