ST Courier - Cuddalore

Worst courier service. The booking people do not even talk decently. They do not provide door step service. Many times they ask us to collect the shipment at their office.They dont even deliver at a distance of 1km.

This particular courier service is the worst I have met so far! They do not talk decently, they don't deliver the products at all! They ask you to come and collect it! The don't even inform and when after a week our courier hasn't reached the Destination, we called and found out that it has not been delivered yet! They always ask the customers to come and pick and Everytime they say it's delivery cannot be done for just one consignment! Please be professional if you have opened a shop and be mindful that there are so many others in the market! The most unsatisfactory experience ever had! DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE ST COURIER

Delivery experience not upto the mark. After getting enquiry regarding location, the delivery is not taking place for some more time. Maybe for a day.
