sent a book to Tiruvannamalai from Theni. Even after 9 days it was not delivered. Reason is also not mentioned in tracking. Booked complaint. Complaint is not properly addressed by them. I have dealt with professional courier for the last 2 decades but experiencing such weird thing is first time. They didn't even respond to my complaint. Hope they will respond even after this review. But there is no computerised bill only hand written bill given still now

They are handled very very roughly for our Booking parcels and booking box's and through the parcels before us ... Also there is no response for our complaint...

Very Worst Service, they give wrong information on the parcels and does not deliver on time, better to go with some other courier services to save your time and cost
