DTDC Courier

First time i used DTDC, parcel was delivered within the mentioned period, I was happy. It wasn't planned to to use DTDC, it was at the location so got to use it. Everything was fine. Later i had to send a parcel and found out at destination there were very few available, as i was happy by their first service I used it, but my parcel delivered at double the time mentioned.

As the parcel had to be picked up, I used surface mode as the delivery time they mentioned was only of 1 day difference, but it got delivered after a week only.
May be the surface mode is the worst one. I don't know but i felt pathetic.
The person at office was kind and helpful, they did whatever they could, helped and responded whenever asked.

DTC's courier service is not good at all, it's been 5 days, my goods haven't arrived yet, my hoom this post office vvvv bad no t good
