The Professional Couriers

Definitely not professional. Got a package two days back and I was never called for that.
Also they said they won’t be able to deliver to my home (supposed to be delivered to home as the sender has paid for that) and I was asked to go to their office and collect it.
Pathetic experience

Easy to interact with the staff. Good value for money. But I do have an issue - when I send parcels to Hyderabad and some other places, most of the time delivery isn't made to doorstep. Would be great if this is improved.

Delivery price is only good....never having change.they don't accept qr payment..if weight machine not works,they write just by their assumptions.

Most reliable courier provider in tamilnadu

The staff are totally non responsive. Staff lack knowledge, professionalism and manners.
Such a huge chain of couriers should hire better staff and train them to behave with customers.
Door delivery is done very late and mostly self pickup has to be done. Functionality of a courier service is challenged due to these problems.

Hi ,I would request the professional courier team to effectively change the branch, in house courier collection team ,

They are very rude & not even up to any customer satisfaction ,Ajmal Khan & few college students working there are scamming …

It’s been three times since this has happened to me alone, so kindly imagine others ,
We the public come there for your good delivery service ,never thought your representatives would be so cheap….

Never ever planning to go through you guys for courier service ,until the team gets changed
