I had experience receiving calls from unknown numbers requesting to pay₹5only to get your parcel… because the parcel was getting bit delayed (Bread) it will be no use and it will spoil…

Very friendly and customer oriented team. Recently a very important document sent thru this courier, went to a wrong destination, but very well handled by the team to ensure to get it back without delay. Tremendous support.

Very poor customer response. I came there at 9:00 AM to receive my courier.
I tell the docket number and wait. No one could not respond even though the customer care support too. Very worst customer support I have seen in life ever.

Very bad professional courier center near by Coimbatore panayagan palayam courier service guys we sent one courier,but they didn't give on time.poor customer service and wasting of ur time &money ...this was worst service I have been ever seen.

Even 1 star is too much...ai booked for speed parcel, they charged double the amount..but the delivery time is same as the normal one..better go for st courier...

My friend has sent me bike spares from cbe. When i received the box . The box was torn on top. Underneath the box was soaked and torn. When i checked the box. 1 of the material was missing which costs Rs1400/-. I have complained to them about this. They didn't even take proper response. Very worst . Go for dttc instead

Had courierd at 4 jan now the date is 9 jan till now courier not received 🤦🏻‍♀️ and also tracking details were not clear customer care num also not specified clearly

Service is good. Front desk telephonic staff behaviour is too worst.
