very very worst customer care - no one attend the phone

Worst service, without visiting home they returned by mentioning door locked. No proper response.

Why don't you deliver product on that day when product already reached at your location...?

Very worst service.. Delivery person dint come to my home, they dint call me but they are saying I am not available. Customer care services is also not available no one is picking up the call.

Worst Delivery Service. Better they can drop this business for the goodness of the people. Worst Service Worst Customer Care.

This facility is distribution center NOT the one for mailing service. This review is based on the experience from one of the delivery person from this distribution center. The delivery person hasn’t delivered the post on scheduled day and updated status as Address unable to locate but which is definitely untrue and when asked next day he said because of time constraint he wasn’t able to deliver on same day and also the distribution center needs to be much more clean.

Good place to send couriers specially if you are planning to send laptops. For sending laptop to Chennai they charge arround Rs 2000. It is next day delivery and goes safe without any damage.

Very poor customer response from the staff.
