1. No contact number in the websites. Even when we call the toll free number, they are giving the adress which is already available in their site. ADD CONTACT NUMBER PROPERLY.
2. I visited directly in their address (Theni), the shop was closed on the working days. In the shutter(door) the contact number was written. When I contacted them, they said will be back in 1 hour. But they reached 2 hours later.
3. Finally, when I visited them, the office boy was there(who I have contacted through phone) and he said his boss is on leave today and asked me to visit on Monday.
4. They behaved like un professional, not responsive and poor value.
