Worst service ever
3rd class. Once,argue so much and tell us we are wrong. it can't cancel our orders as we want. send us SMS "our agent can't contact you and report headquarters, we are out of town " worst service please don't go with this blue dart express. I request you.
So many courier services are available. But it thinks our service is great but in reality The Worst service. You can't contact to blue dart customer service it always busy.
And agents have no sense how to speak with customers.

Very very bad and pathetic serive. For delivery of my parcel first they denied as consinee not available on second day they cancelled as consignee adress wrong.They did not came my adress not Contacted me. How can they lie and did this. Blue dart should cancel the delership of such worst people. There contact number is also wrong. Fu**

no time matters delivery date is other and products received date too late not like 👎

It did not show the straight way but moving me into housing areas

Delivery is always late and contacts number on website nit of any use

Mobile Number should be added for communication. Before delivering courier , customer contact should be done. Shipping time is fast, no complaint about shipping.

The place is incorrect and blue dart courier service is not there the address is wrong
