Ecom Courier Service

Worst the delivery guy called me 5days before and hasn't delivered my product. I have been calling him regularly and he is like we are out for training, and bla bla fake excuses I am not sure but they have stole it I guess. Since it was prepaid product. From 26 we are having lockdown they will say that we can't deliver worst courier company..

Where is my order? Its been 45 plus days that its stuck there? Amazon, flipkart and what not whenever it comes through ecom, it is gauranted to never be deliverable.
I am reaching out to Ecom, in twitter and mail, either all staff in silchar hub needs to be changed or its needed to remove their service as a whole.

Officially they say that they deliver to my area code or location but When the product arrives they call and say to travel 3-4 km to pick up my product. They should simply write that they don't deliver to my area code. So, that Amazon, Flipkart etc can send the product via India Post, which delivers to any location.

It's been 20 days since my package got dispatch.and after receiving on Silchar hub it is still on hold for 7 days.
God knows when they will deliver, even the contract number of courier boy is not working.
Next time onwards I will cancel all my parcel coming through e com or will refuse to take delivery.
Learn something from e kart, express Bees, delhivery they delivered my parcel in just 5 days.

High chances of getting the "order has been delivered" message even though you're yet to receive your order. It's been 4 days, no calls, nothing. Simple, fraud courier service, even the customer service is poor.

Lack professionalism and no response from their courrier office. Especially they wont deliver anything intime. Their mobile no. Is always Unavailable. Once its available they wont respond. Entire day it will show out of delivery and in the evening it will changed to unable to deliver by saying xyz reasons. It may go for several days especially when It is lenskart order.
Suggestion: Lenskart kindly change your courier partner. Or else u will lose customers gradually

Worst experience of my life!!! Why have they opened a courier service if the can't even deliver stuff. They act as if it's our fault for seeking their service. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend it to anyone.

They show the parcel being delivered on Amazon and their tracker, while the parcel never reaches their destination. Why has Amazon tied up with such a stupid unprofessional lazy company? They don't even have a contact number online to help their customers. Why is this place even running? Shut down your office if u can't work
