Worst service, even can’t track online

Worst Courier service. No one has the courtesy to respond the call. You people should close the business if its unmanageable for you. Still waiting for my courier its been a week now. Worst worst service. Why you people are running this type of business?

how many times that you have to lie they didn't even send the parcel they just lie that they already sent when I call them scold them they tell the truth even for returning also they are so late even they can't return the money they said that the parcel already gone but the parcel is still here in guwahati never send courier frm this post they will lie directly in your face and the workers also the way they talk they are very confident they act like they already send the courier

Why the fake tracking system given in the website??

Lack of phone numbers online for this courier. Delivery person cooperated well. But to find the phone numbers I had to do lot of hardwork. It is helpful for customers if we get the phone numbers of delivery person once we get out for delivery message

Courier should be renamed as Slowest Express
This is the worst courier I have ever seen. The online tracking is useless. For me it showed that the package reached the destination but when I called the destination office, it didn't. I would suggest not to go for this if you want your package to be delivered on time.
