Excellent delivery... Before time delivery... But the delivery boy was so rude to me... Reason: I didn't picked up the phone as I was in school.

Very bad customer service. They don't call for delivery. Behaviour ofAll the employees of this office are very harsh. They dont don't know how to behave, how to speak with customer.

Best courier servuce for large size orders. Like tv freez and etc...behaviour of the agents are very nyc....all though a good experience with dehlivery i expect more products delivered me through this service❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The dark secret of Delhivery Barpeta is the people involved or work here are actually involved in some other job for survival and delivering item is their part time job only.

The delivery guy would visit you only at a particular selected time i.e. around 3pm to 3:30 pm and make a call.Once you received the call ,they are done for the day.

If you are at home ,you are lucky to get the ordered item but there is not point to put your time preference or your availability problem infront of them as they ignore them.

But officially they always send the 'out for delivery status 'and OTP in the morning around 10:30am to 11:30 am.

Due to such problems,my 5 consecutive item already got cancelled and returned .

On asking about the delivery and pickup time period ,the station head kept quiet.

The station head will neither take any responsibility of the item not delivered to you nor any action against such fraud delivery agent.He is only expert in mentioning the status technically like"delivery attempted but consignee not available " and he will change the date like"deferred date has been set".

Also thier Head office at Gurugram,Delhi only reply you like "we will try to deliver the product as soon as possible" if you put complaint there.No use.Also they claim that their service is from (before) 10 am morning to 23:00 I.e.11 Pm at night in our area (Barpeta) which is completely false.

So,voice should be raised and something has to be done about these malpractices going on as it causes metal harassment to happy customers and make them sad and depressed .

So, customers be careful and try to prefer COD only rather than prepaid as it will reduce the problem to some extent..

Worst service ever. 4 days delay at the centre. Rude behavior and total disregard to customers plight.

Not happy with these peoples...my parcel arrived on 25th August and they delivered it on 30th August... and the call only once if u don't retrieve the will cancel it...and if u don't pick the call they will scold you...bad behaviour...and I don't know what happens with the parcel within these days 😐

There no option for zero star.I would have given that. Worst courier service ever.....always late delivery.....behavier of employeees are rude...simply they will give unable to deliver👎👎
