3rd class courier service ever experience.. Everyday message comes saying out for delivery but I had never received that product till now.. Only because of u all I had faced soo many problems.. Even my parcle had been retired back saying I was not available in home to deliver but I was available through whole day.. And the delivery boy.. He is never punctual..

Parcel was supposed to be received on 13 May. Tracking showed on FedEx vehicle for delivery. Then they sent it back to the office without even contacting me. Now it's evening on 14th. Tracking shows parcel is still in office. I have given up hope of ever receiving this package. Extremely poor service. Will never use again. Would have given zero stars but unfortunately 1 star is the minimum.

Worst experience ever my delivery was supposed to be delivered on 15 today its 20 n the parcel is still in the office n no calls from them. . why don't you just shut down

I have order a vape on 13th July it's been like 22th july it is showing five days late and it in FedEx Facility

Worst customer service..they do not deliver the products at the given location u'll have to go to them to collect ur products even though they take up charges for that..no one informs u that the product has arrived I had to keep tracking my courier everyday

Most worthless courier service in jorhat. My parcel was sitting at their office (destination city pin code) for 3 days but they didn't even bothered to call me and ask to pick up. Of course they didn't delivered. I had to visit their office n pick up the parcel I could have done it 3 days earlier if they had called me n informed if delivery guy was not present or whatever reason. Only today I tracked n found it was sitting at jorhat fedex for 3 days. Such horrible service n pethey don't even apologize
