Ekart Logistics

Worst experience I have had with any other shopping sites. The delivery boy didn't even had the slightest of knowledge of the check list he had to refer to while exchanging a mobile phone. They have the most illiterate and most ineligible workers i have seen. After recruiting any one they should provide atleast some minimum training. There wasn't any possibility to provide a negative star so I had to give 1. Otherwise I would have given it as -5.

Selfish,worst courier service ever in India...it doesn't respect and respond to the students as well as its customers.Ekart main branch should take action against them because they also cancelled customer's orders without calling and they never go to deliver its products like FLIPKART. Lots of corruptors are there....Ekart should deploy some Educated people...These are all fools and selfish along with Worst Ever.

Worst service. Although your product might have been received by them , but they never update it and never try to deliver your product before/on time. Whereas I have seen that other logistics are quite fast comparatively.

My order from Flipkart due on 19th August kept postponing till 26th August. Which was further postponed to 29th( i got a message stating that).
But later that night my delivery status was updated on the app.( It was a prepaid order )
Since that day i have been made to visit The E-kart's (delivery partner) office everyday for not much help. They give me a bew cuckoo story every day and are harrasing me by making me wait outside in 35°C for hours.
The delivery guy apparantly stole it or it was a scam by flipkart I don't know but they has put me through a lot of trauma and to all the people seeing this comment i have a suggestion.
Pay extra for the same item if you have but dont order ever again from flipkart coz the harrasment is just not worth it.
Edit : got my order after visiting the office for 7 days.
If you still order with flipkart and get in trouble.
Ask for Dipankor da when you visit the office he is a good man he'll help you

Cancels order without even attempting to deliver or call ....such a pathetic service

Listen to my story guyz.. I ordered two headphones together from flipkart and received the two together. After 1day I placed return order for both the headphones. Ekart pick up boy (Whom they call Ekart Wish Master) Mr. Ghalib Mustafizur Rahman picked up the two headphones together from me. But I got return of just one headphone and the other one is still showing that pickup unsuccessful. And my money is still not returned. I call Ekart, Flipkart everywhere but I just fed up with their ignorance. Totally disastrous service.

THE MOST WORST, GATIA,FALTO PORA FALTO SERCVICE. Jibonot anekoa services experience koronai... NOT A SINGLE ORDER COULD DELIVERED. ONLY MESSAGE UPDATE " OUT FOR DELIVERY " BUT never made delivered. Always excuses.... I had no choice to cancel my order. Replace the lazy workers. There are many person who seeking for Jobs.

Worst service I have ever experience..not a single order could delivered. Always some excuses. At the end I had no choice to cancel my orders . If any order reach to ekart service then immediately cancel instead of waiting for so long.....
