Delhivery Courier Service

3rd class ghatiya worst. If flipkrt amazon or any other platform used to ship with this courier service I immediately cancel the order. As it is the worst courier agency ever. They neithee pick up your calls, they do not behave properly with you and they never deliver a product on time. They took 1.5 to 2 months to deliver an earphone and many worst experiences.

I wish could them -1 rating because this courier service is the most disgusting and unprofessional I've ever seen. They don't deliver your products. Will call you ones if you don't pickup for some reason they cancels the item and return it back. Have never seen self pickup before but hey Golaghat Delhivery has this service too. I've no idea why Flipkart still trusting this worst courier service.

They don't deliver heavy package on time. They prefer as smallest package as they can. Need to self pickup the 10kg weigh items.

Very disappointed.
The given number in pick up message showed out of order. Can't contact with them even they didn't call me for about my order.

They do only one job that quickly return the percel to its origin.

Most of the guys here have the worst possible attitude you can ever imagine. Worst service from most of them. If you're signing for public service then at least be helpful to people. If u can't receive their first call, it'll be so hard to connect them after, since they are high profile government officials.. ohh sorry, if you're not, thn do recieve the customer calls since I'm trying for like the 6th time and still no response. It's not our fault them that they chose delhivary. If we can prefer, i would've never chosen team like golaghat delhivary. You guys disgust me

Very bad experience recently. They just don't want to listen to customer.

Sometimes they don't even come to deliver. They will just call you to pick the courier from their office. But the delivery boy will scan and mark that it was delivered by him as if they delivered it.

And if you track your shipment and see that it is arrived and go to the office. The they will just make a lot of excuses not to hand you over your package.

And in our city Golaghat it is the worst courier service. And specially their staff are very arrogant.

Not recommending anyone to ship with delhivery.
