Poor service they never deliver your parcel on time. Even some time you have to visit their office and wake them them up for the same.
My experience of 5 to 6 parcel they never delivered on time.

Worst experience. Why did they even provided the number when they keep the phone line engaged . I will assure that this goes to the higher authority of blue dart and they take serious action against it. Mind that.

Always track your order details, else you could miss your parcel.
You could get out for delivery message but it's not guarantee .

Location not perfect

Very bed service and my prodect incorrect please return my prodect

WFH delivery delayed even when the order or parcel was with them. Incorrect information provided wherein staff stated will deliver even on Sunday and later when called stated it was not their working day.Address was mentioned in detail but still kept on asking for location. Never recommend, cheap behaviour. Surprised why people still rated 2.9....Zero rating !

These guys are not at all professional.
They won't deliver you the goods even if it's out for delivery.
Totally unprofessional.
Their toolkit: The delivery person will give 2 missed calls in your phone which will be barely a ring.
And then mark consignee not available.
