very bad service. they doesnt even call the customer to deliver the product and afterwards message will be delivered saying address was unlocatable. we rescheduled and again they didnt call us and message was delivered saying it will be returned tomorrow

You guys should come to our doorstep for home delivery in Bijni.becoz the delivery optiins on website is called "home delivery",not "laxmi mandir delivery" right?

Worst courrier service ever, they dont know any roads neither they update about shipment. If its lying there it will be lying there forever. Hopeless team.

Worst delivery service provider. I had ordered a blanket on Myntra which was to be delivered before 31 dec 2020. On 28 dec 2020 i got a message that the product will be delivered on that day and when i asked the delivery agent, he said the parcel will be delivered the next day. Nxt day i tried to reach the delivery agent but the call was not connected to him. I tried calling him for 2 to 3days but the call was not connected so i filed a complain in the customer care. And on 4 jan 2021 i received a message regarding the delivery that the parcel will be delivered on that day and i contacted the delivery agent he repeated those sentences that he said b4 "the product will be delivered the nxt day" on the next morning i see that the product was cancelled due to "they were not able to reach me".
