Service ok, but he is fraud, my Lenovo laptops having 4 GB ram, my system repair to given him, but he delivered 2GB ram.

Two year before I bought lenovo laptop with configuration 8GB RAM i5 processor from veltech computers. with in 3 month I faced monitor issue , then I they fix the problem by using warranty after that with in one year it working very slow.

Recently I was given my laptop to add SSD.
After 2 two days they return the laptop. I just check the configuration, I was shocked, that laptop contain 4GB RAM.
then went to service center and asked the reason. Then I realize, they were given laptop is not my laptop.
They are given low configuration laptop instead of my laptop. simply they are saying it is serial number mistake.
if I didn't knowledge about my system definitely they will cheat me and the way of treating the customer is also not good.
Very bad and worst experience with this fraud people.

After this incident finished, I just read some other google review about veltech. In that one customer faced same issue, that is also lenovo laptop and he was given 4GB RAM.
This veltech guys are return back 2GB RAM laptop.

So be aware while buying laptop and computer accessories from service centers. Better we should buy laptop from authorized showrooms.

There is no option to give zero star, that is why I given one star even one star also not worth for them

I gave my laptop which is having a issue of shutting down automatically,I gave my laptop more than 3 times to them,but they haven't found the problem, instead they said the laptop is working fine and the most worst part is that the technician asked me to use the laptop to certain hours and starts to lecture me about using laptop more than 3 hours.
