Very worst service and not give respect to costumers

My review is simple. Instead of giving your PC/Laptop here, invest some time, go to chennai and give to a better service center or else see some youtube videos and troubleshoot the Pc/laptop issues yourself. These guys are the worst service team I have ever seen, will speak some technical stories before you give your product to them. Once given , they will troubleshoot in such a way where your previous version of laptop worked well comparing to the latest update. Worst service center ever.

Good dell sales and service store in thiruvallur

Bad experience, all display systems were off and outdated models, you won't get attracted to enter shop, after looking inside I wanted to leave the place immediately. I was about to buy a laptop but stopped the idea of purchase with the bad experience

Great support from sales person!!! Well behaved staffs.... product price are same as Direct dell model.....For particular models bags are not available in dell website as well in Amazon....they are gave free bags without any charges..I have checked with dell customer care too.. please do visit..happy to be customer for Dell

After 3 month of rare usage i got major issue in the desktop which made me feeling worst about the product.

Better you can try online shopping. Worst purchase experience in showroom.

Good quality products but price depends on the offers available they ask people to come to show room and then they tell the price not in phone.
