Gave my HP printer here for servicing. Thought it's authorised service centre and they would do the job properly. After 2 days, when I called up, they said spare will arrive by next weekend. I waited and waited. Every time I called, the service centre rep told me the item will be there next week. After a month I got fed up and took my printer back. The only good thing about the place is that the are very responsive on the phone and positive sounding. But their service centre needs to pull up and provide better customer service.

Bought a HP computer from here sales representatives Thashreef and Tony BUNCH OF REAL FRAUDS BEWARE. Got a defective system didn't gave us replacement giving lame excuses by changing parts in the first 14 days now the system is again showing issues which we are forced to depend on HP service center to get it solved. Spend a lot of money on this device but total waste.

Worst and unprofessional service centre, I used their service first time for replacing my laptop's Display on February within two months it's display frame hinges broken by the reason that it was too tight after Sysmantech service. On June 2020 I approached them to replace it's display cover and paid Rs- 2200/- for their mistake, Now after 4 months again laptop cover broken on same spot and I gave them to replace it, but they irresponsibly suggest a solution that a screw fixing on my laptop display . They are cheaters.... all customers beware them...

Hp Pavilion 14 Intel 11Th Gen which I bought from them was excellent and they suggest me the excellent product which I needed , they help me to find my need and suggested me this lap . The most impressive thing I caught from them was the customer handling. There excellent well behaved manners towards customers makes me to approach them future needs

Bad experience with HP Laptop repair. They are unable to repair my hinge. Then I gave to TechCare Systems. They repaired my system using fibre.

Totally unprofessional customer service!
I bought a laptop from these fraudsters and it was a faulty one.
When i rang them up to complain about it, they were shouting at me as if it was my fault!!
Ridiculous enough huh!!!

Dear people, please dont visit this shop ever in your life.

Purchased a Laptop from there.
Got the best configuration at the best price.
Had been to many brands and stores, this was the best VFM.

Also way better than Online.
