Customer service and everything is poor. Pathetic store. Avoided place. In this place you will lost time energy and money. So avoid this hell. The technicians here works not even know a laptop to check the hard drive is working or not. If you give a laptop with some problem. They will say hard drive is burnt or cant be repaired. Poor knowledge people working there. In a one word HELL.

Worst computer store i ever visited.
They only care about sales and at the time of purchase they are very pleasing. But the after sale service is very pathetic, especially if your product is out of warranty.
They will charge you unnecessarily and at last declare your device is beyond repair and will suggest a new product from their store.
All they care about is sales and the methods to steal your money in the name of repairs without carrying out any kind of work and the way they deal customers is highly unprofessional.
So I recommend you to stay away from them .

Overall experience was good but not satisfactory ..I'm there for upgrading ram they don't have any patience to explain it and moreover the product was there a little bit costlier as compared to online platforms.

The worst service centre ever visited took almost 2 weeks to change keyboard of my laptop,first they said need to order the part then said service man is on leave then the ordered part didn't arrived, atlast received it with full side damage.

Had visited to purchase a VGA cable as my Lenovo office laptop's backlit LED went kaput. Very reasonable rate and the staff there took time out to help remove the docked settings which would have been difficult for me as the screen was barely visible. Thanks a lot, I can now use my TV screen as my monitor until I reach my Bangalore office to get the laptop replaced.
