Dell Exclusive Store - Kannur

I appreciate the fast service they provided me with but the quality of parts (display and keyboard) they have fitted my laptop with is mediocre. I went to the original dell showroom so as to get the original components but was dissatisfied. The biggest complaint I have is that when I called and informed the shop with these problems they started to avoid me by asking me to call later and by saying that they'll get back to me even though I was willing to pay the extra cost of original components. All in all not the experience I hoped I would get. Really unsatisfactory service.

Hi everyone. Please read this before you visit this showroom . I MADE AN INQUIRY FOR A DELL INSPIRON 15 MODEL BATTERY AND THEY SAID IT IS 5000/ AND THE SAME BATTERY I GOT FOR 2900 FROM DELL SHOWROOM.

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP YOU WILL BE CHEATED,. I SERIOUSLY DOUBT WHETHER DELL EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM KANNUR IS GENUINE.

The staff were very helpful in recommending me the right product based on my requirements. Also, the shop is well maintained and most products are readily in stock.

Selection are less and cant pick what we really need.

I went there to checkout a new laptop.
They treated me well, listened to me and explained things beautifully.
They Unboxed a brand new Laptop to just show me how does it look like in real life.
They even helped me to compare other models with the one i was interested in.

Great service and Professional Staffs!

I won't recommend it due to multiple reasons.
1. They increased price for a dell monitor from what they mentioned over phone after reaching shop
2. I was on the way to buy a monitor on evening and they were not ready to wait for 15 minutes and told me to come on tomorrow.

I had a pretty mixed experience. I have been to Dell centre for an issue with my laptop that it wasn't getting charged , in the first visit without proper analysis they sold battery which later I realised wasn't the issue. But when I went back they did agree and accept the mistake and then do the right thing. Also I was able to connect with them over phone and whatsapp. Happy with over all service.

It contains everything that you want of your laptop. The staffs are friendly and gives you a clear opinion of what you want.
