Travels Point ( Self Driven Car Hire)

We hired i 20 for 4 days. We had a hassel free service. They washed and delivered. Condition of the car was good. Before taking the car they asked us to take pictures of all dents. We took many pictures from different sides and a complete video before get the key. We wore seat belt & mask all the time. So we weren't stopped by police anywhere. Just took 5 mints to return back.

Had shared my requirements a week earlier and he confirmed the booking. Sent the car on time around 5am in the morning. Documents processing was simple and easy. Prices of the vehicle was same as other rental shops. They checked the vehicle and gave back the deposit amount with out any issues. Car was smooth, fuel efficient and in good condition. Very Genuine service.

We hired Swift Dzire for two days from Travelspoint. They were generous to give the car at my hotel within 30 mins from the enquiry and have also allowed me drop the car at airport at a minimal charges. The deposit return was also very smooth. They have transferred the deposit amount immediately after handover of car at airport.

This was one of the best experience in Goa. Thanks to Sharif and Asif bhai for their excellent service. I highly recommend their travels.

We hired a Swift Dzire for our 3 days Goan Trip. They delivered the car for free of charge to Madgaon Railway Station. The delivery staff Mr.Aslam is very professional and he asked us to take photos and videos of existing scratches and dent before we take it. We paid Rs.3000 as security deposit. Car was in good condition. After our trip completed, Mr.Aslam came on time to pick the car back from Madgaon Railway Station. He checked the car and returned our security deposit. Hassle free service and very professional Company. Their service is 24x7

I am having good experience with this rental service we hire swift desire for 5 days. Very professional service, they called us for drop and pickup timing, Also not asking for any security deposit for booking confirmation. At time of pickup, we give 3000 along with car rent. Unfortunately, I Damage rear bumper while parking although they ask me to give total 6000 for damage. But after long discussion I gave 3750 for rear bumper damge and tail light damage. I personally think even 3750 is more for actual damage but I am happy with their professionalism. Mr Asalam and the owner i forgot owner name both are very soft-spoken person. Will definitely rent car again if we planned to visit goa again.

We had hired a taxi in Dec last week from Belgaon to Goa and also hired a selfdrive car within Goa. Travelspoint gave a very dirty and stinky taxi for pick up. Also the selfdrive car was too dirty and broken. Very high rates and unprofessional behaviour from the drivers and owners. Please do not use Travelspoint car service. I recommend to opt for another good cab agencies.

Good and transparent service..

Totally happy with service they offered. I took car from them for 3 days. Took rentals (1200*3) and 3 K as advance.

After returning they paid my advance even though the fuel was bit less from levels they gave.

Car was neat, a/c working properly.. There was little bit of issue with the clutch of car which he taken into notice

As a tourist, the service is most important part and which they delivered in 100%..

Had a very good experience with Travelspoint team for car rental services. We took a Swift Dzire car for 3 days which was booked in very short notice. The car was in good condition and didn't cause any trouble for our trip.

The staff brought the car to railway station before time and waited for us. Similarly dropping of the car was also hassle free. No unwanted arguments or anything. I was completely satisfied with the teams behaviour. Will be booking again for my next Goa visit.
