Guys, This is a fraud showroom and service. I took a brand new car 10 days ago due to a scratch I left for service but a person named Vinoth clearly made me fool and claimed insurance. He is a psycho pathetic person. He never gives you clear information instead he irate you because he thinks that he is boss of Maruti.

Maruti these people will ruin your companies reputation.

Ms. Eva as discussed kindly verify this situation and take action on high priority. Even I don't need this car because of your behaviour. You can take for resale and tell me the additional amount which I need to pay?

I personally had very unpleasant experience.

Very poor customer interaction. They added accessories that we did not even ask for and has not even sent the bill yet.
They ruined the new car taking experience by negotiating in the total amount and telling extra costs which ruins the fun moment.

It was a wonderful and hassle-free experience. Mr. Sharif and Mr Surya were very cooperative and customer friendly.
