MG Motor India

The showroom opened partially on March 2020. Still interior works are going on. Even though it is just started and show room looks bit small, they have all kind of cars released in India.

The showroom executives are very professional. Especially Mr, Vignesh(SRM), I was so impressed about the way he spoke and explained in regards with vehicles.

An Amazing Experience!! Had an issue on the way to Pondicherry so stopped by to check it up.. The fault was found within minutes and they actually rectified it during their lunch hours as there was a 2 year old with us.. MG Motor hats off!! And this MG Showroom you guys sure double checked my choice of going for the MG Hector.

Old review is given below. I was provided test drive immediately after this review. The SA was kind enough to accommodate my urgent needs. Hector was pleasure to drive and ride. Though there was an initial hiccup, MG was quick to correct it and provide a good experience.

I have booked MG hector but had to cancel due to non availability of test drive vehicle. Even after 2 months of constant follow up, they did not provide any test drive vehicle. Not sure how they expect the customer to buy vehicle without test drive.

Good charging point. Right now entrance remodeling happening but the security helped move vehicles so we can use the charger. Hassle free and charging at 360/84A

I had come in early morning hours here to charge my EV car, the security personnel was kind and helpful.

We are MG customer's from Bengaluru
and travelling to Chennai in our MG
ZS .We had to stop at your MG Showroom to charge the car.
Unfortunately we were denied permission to sit inside your Show Room.
As I am. Senior Citizen it was physically impossible for me to stand out on the road for an hour.
Finally after speaking to several MG staff. including the Manager who.we were permitted to sit inside .
This is bad attitude of MG... when you sell cars this information should also be shared the post sales you divorce your self from service required by your customers.

There is no shelter at the parking slot

Lot of mosquitoes
The showroom people didn’t even bother.

The charging station was open 24*7 but there is nothing else here not even a place to sit or any restrooms. You would need to sit inside your car till the charging gets done as there were a lot of mosquitoes both the times I visited this place.
