It's good for periodic maintenance. When it comes to repair and body service, I would suggest Sukrith Madurai as encountered repeat repair earlier. Another negative point is they took two days for finishing maintenance service. I am not sure if they provide pick up and drop service, I haven't availed the service. But as an authorized service center, they should provide such services.

Went there to see verna but no staff at there to welcome poor customer service not responding well after that i decided to go with Honda City.. Highly not recommended
