Buying a new car, but not an ambassador

Absolutely pathetic service and ill trained. Staff. No knowledge of customer experience. Just visit a different showroom your buying experience will be much much better. Do not visit this sham of a place.

My biggest issue with these dealers is that when ever I pay using my card as a customer I am being asked to pay the transaction fees. That is irritating when someone is making a bit ticket purchase.

And when you are under renovation please don't operate.

Really very excellent service. Well trained people .people are helpful . Pre and post sales customer service is excellent. Customers problem addressed properly . overall showroom experience is excellent

Maruti Suzuki Arena is the oldest and first four wheeler showroom in capital city of Odisha. It's commitment and customer satisfaction policy is the best in the industry.
Recently got renovated in both inner and outer look that the attraction point for more customer foot falls. All the best Jyote Arena !!!

Cant even afford a test drive to customer
So disgusting
As i am willing to make a purchase in December 2022 so they can not going to give me a test drive in August, they suggest me to book in October and take a test drive on that month,how pathetic this showroom

Dear Patanaik Babu, thought u might be managing this in transparency mechanism, seems ur folks are doing scam just in name delivery and not returning the amount , so crazy folks and utmost it's hilarious response from ur folks.

Yes Maruti Suzuki showroom in the pos area of Bhubaneswar known as Lewis Road. A happy experience really.
