The main dealer is professional, but this satellite outlet is unprofessional, inexperienced, amateurs and laid back personnel. They have no/ zero Knowledge about the cars and process of purchasing a vehicle. They took order of a vehicle and delivered a vehicle in such bad condition, without doing registration, without putting the basic kit like mud flaps, the vehicle was full of dust and filthy inside. Please do not purchase any vehicle from this outlet and go to a proper Renault dealer.
