NEXA (Jyote Motors, Cuttack, Stadium Road)

Employees here are clearly setting wrong expectations with their customers. They promised to get the car (Ignis Zeta, lucent orange) delivered within 4-6 weeks (in a written format) and now it has been more than 2 months and we still don't have the car. They don't respond to calls or messages. Neither do their managers get involved and try to expedite the process. All they do is delay the delivery date because as per them the color we chose was not readily available. They did not bother to say this while we were booking the car and the only reason we chose this showroom because they promised to get it delivered within 4-6 weeks. Highly disappointing. I would never ever recommend any of my friends or relative to visit this showroom to purchase a car. They have clearly scammed us to level up their sales but such poor customer experience.

We were explained details of the vehicle we wanted. The sales manager took us for a test drive and made sure we learnt everything . Thank you for your support.

I waited 10 minutes and no one turned to explain about grand vitara, so I returned.

They don't have lot of space for parking , only two cars can be accommodate at a time and management is poor, no queue process , for fixing High Security Number Plate.

Customer interaction can be improved but overall experience was just the best
